• As a home inspector, I provide a professional consulting service determining the present condition of the major systems of the house, based on a visual inspection of accessible areas.  Each inspection is focused on the performance of the home, is not oriented to generate an opinion about cosmetic, code or design issues nor to favour the realtor, the seller or the buyer. My responsibility is to give you an objective description of the condition of the house in order to be used to make the best decisions.
